Statement of Social Responsibility Policy

Suyin is upholding the essence of corporate social responsibility, hereby we commit to comply with the following Code of Conduct during the processes of design, manufacture, sale and after-sales serve to our esteemed customers.

SECTION 1 - PRESERVE PUBLIC WELFARE

    Prevention of underage labor.

  • 2.

    Provide legal and reasonable working hours, wages and benefits.

  • 3.

    Respect the rights of workers on freely chosen employment, freedom of association and bargain collectively as permitted by and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • 4.

    Prevention of involuntary labor and human trafficking.

  • 5.

    Promote labor-capital cooperation, respect workers feedback.

  • 6.

    Provide health and safety environment, offer relative training and emergency measures to prevent and reduce occupational injury and illness.

  • 7.

    Uphold fair treatment, prohibit sexual abuse, sexual harassment and discrimination.

SECTION 2 – FORSTER A SUSTAINABLE ENVIRONMENT

    Minimize adverse effects on the community, environment and natural resources while in manufacturing operations.

  • 2.

    Safeguard the health and safety of the public.

  • 3.

    Obtain required environmental permits, approvals and registrations.

  • 4.

    Pollution prevention, waste management and resource reduction.

  • 5.

    Refuse to use Conflict Minerals from the Conflict Regions.

SECTION 3 - EXERCISE CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
  • 1.

    Uphold the standard of ethics, comply with relative rules and regulations, and comply with anti-corruption laws (for example Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) for all business dealings.

  • 2.

    Uphold business integrity, no improper advantage.

  • 3.

    Uphold fair business standards in advertising, sales and competition.

  • 4.

    Respect Intellectual Property.

  • 5.

    Protect the reasonable privacy expectation of personal information of everyone we do business with.

  • 6.

    Ensure the confidentiality of supplier and employee whistleblower and create protection programs to prohibit retaliation.

  • 7.

    Disclose relevant and reliable information relating to our corporate social responsibility initiatives to improve information transparency based on relevant laws and regulations.

  • 8.

    Identify, make, communicate, train, employee feedback, record the execution of corporate social responsibility with continuous improvement.
