Sexual Harassment Prevention Measures

To provide employees and job seekers with a work environment free from sexual harassment, and to protect the rights and privacy of the parties involved, Suyin Corporation has established the " Measures for Gender Equality and Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Complaint Procedures, and Disciplinary Actions in the Workplace " in accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Gender Equality in Employment Act, the guidelines for Prevention of Sexual Harassment, Complaint Procedures, and Disciplinary Actions in the Workplace, Article 7, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, Regulations of Sexual Harassment Prevention.The company publicly announces and declares the following:


  1. No one shall engage in sexual harassment or sexual assault against others.
  2. Any person found to have sexually harassed others shall be fined to a fine of not less than ten thousand New Taiwan dollars (NT$10,000) and not more than one hundred thousand New Taiwan dollars (NT$100,000). A person who uses his or her power or opportunity to make sexually harass to others, he fine will be increased up to one half.
  3. Any person found to have sexually harassed others will bear criminal and civil liability under the law, and the company will impose appropriate disciplinary actions based on the severity of the case.
